Welcome to Gloria Vault. By accessing or using our website (gloriavault.store) and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — they explain your rights and responsibilities and how we operate. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gloriavault.store of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display product information, images, measurements, and colors accurately. Slight variations can occur due to photography, screen settings, or production. Availability may change and items may be discontinued. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy the items in your cart. After you complete checkout you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order — this does not mean your order is accepted. A binding sales contract forms when we send a shipment confirmation indicating the item(s) have been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable U.S. sales tax where required. Prices may change at any time but confirmed orders will honor the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed via third-party gateways; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. See our Payment Policy for details.

7. Shipping, Risk & Delivery

Shipping terms, timelines, and carrier information are described in our Shipping Policy. Once an order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss generally transfers to the recipient. Verify your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses provided at purchase.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, timelines, and procedures for returns and refunds. If you need to return an item, follow the steps on that page or contact support@gloriavault.store for assistance.

9. Cancellations & Modifications

You may request cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing an order and before it ships. Email support@gloriavault.store immediately; we will attempt to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on gloriavault.store — including text, images, logos, product photos, designs, and code — is owned or licensed by Gloria Vault and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Gloria Vault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and other business purposes. Do not submit content that violates others’ rights or contains offensive material; we reserve the right to remove such content.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing content, engage in fraudulent transactions, or harass staff or other users. Violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gloria Vault disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue, except where prohibited by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Gloria Vault and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S., without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@gloriavault.store so we can try to resolve it. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Third-Party Links & Services

Our site may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Review their terms and privacy policies before use.

18. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
