Thank you for shopping with Gloriavault. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist. Please review the policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the day your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and free from any damage
  • All original tags and labels attached
  • Returned in original packaging (dust bags, stuffing, inserts, etc.)
  • Item must be in resellable condition (no stains, odors, scratches, or wear)
  • Valid proof of purchase is required (order number, invoice, or confirmation email)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Return requests made after 30 days cannot be processed.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  • Email support@gloriavault.store within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your name, order number, product name, and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with approval (if eligible) and detailed instructions.
  • After receiving authorization, package your item securely and ship it to the return address provided.

Note:
Unapproved or unsolicited returns will be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the return shipping cost for all approved returns.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label via email that you can download and print. Gloriavault covers all return shipping costs.

Return Method

All returns must be shipped via mail/courier.

We do not offer in-person drop-offs.

The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Restocking fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Refunds

Once your item arrives at our facility:

  • You will receive an email notifying you if your return is approved or denied
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Refund times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact support@gloriavault.store within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the issue
  • Include your order number and a brief description

We will evaluate your case and may offer:

  • A free replacement
  • A prepaid return label
  • A full refund

Exchanges

We offer hassle-free exchanges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange request or provide credit for a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or alteration

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours if it has not yet shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and you must follow the standard return process after delivery.
