Shipping Policy

At Gloriavault we aim to deliver a fast, secure, and worry-free shipping experience. By placing an order at gloriavault.store you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Area & Rates

We ship within the United States only.

Standard shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase required and no hidden fees.

Order Cut-off, Processing (Handling) & Transit Times

Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (PST) Pacific Standard Time (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a business day may be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Processing (Handling) time: 2-4 business days (inspection, packing, and handoff to carrier).

Transit time (after shipment): typically 3–7 business days depending on destination and carrier. 

Estimated total delivery: 5–11 business days from order placement in normal conditions.

Shipping Process

  • Reliable Courier Services: We ship via DHL and Fedex and UPS
  • Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. Contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit.
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our ecological footprint.

Tracking

After your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier name and tracking number.

If you do not receive tracking details within 72 hours of placing your order, contact us at support@gloriavault.store.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Address changes: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request an address update. We will attempt to modify the order before it ships but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled free of charge only if they have not yet shipped. Email support immediately to request a cancellation.

Returns to Sender / Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any re-shipping fees.

We will hold returned orders for 7 business days while we attempt to contact you. If no response is received, the order may be canceled and a refund issued minus return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact support@gloriavault.store within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the issue
  • Include your order number and a brief description

We will evaluate your case and may offer:

  • A free replacement
  • A prepaid return label
  • A full refund

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows a delay or loss, notify us right away. We will open an investigation with the carrier and update you. If the carrier confirms loss, we will reship the order or issue a full refund depending on stock availability and your preference.

Multiple Shipments & Preorders

Items in a single order may ship separately; you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Preorder or backordered items will display an estimated dispatch date at checkout and in your confirmation email. We will notify you of any changes.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Important Notes

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Gloriavault is not responsible for delays or returns resulting from inaccurate addresses entered by the customer.

Shipping timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unexpected events outside our control.
