2. Do you have a physical store?

No, Gloria Vault operates exclusively online.
This allows us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices without the overhead of physical retail. All purchases are made securely on our website and shipped directly to your doorstep.

3. Where do you ship?

At the moment, we deliver only within the United States.
International shipping is not available yet.

4. Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is completely free on all orders across the USA.
There are no hidden shipping fees added at checkout.

5. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery timeline is:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your state)
  • Estimated Delivery: 4–9 business days from order date

You will receive a tracking email once your package ships.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number along with a tracking link.

10. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Order changes or cancellations are possible only before the order is shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be modified.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want another color or style, simply return your item according to our return policy and place a new order.

14. Do your prices include taxes?

Yes — all U.S. state taxes are already included in the displayed prices.
You will not be charged any additional tax at checkout.
