1. What is Gloriavault and what do you sell?

Gloriavault is a U.S.-based online boutique specializing in stylish and functional women’s handbags. We offer a curated range of handbags, shoulder bags, and clutches designed to blend elegance, practicality, and everyday usability. Our mission is to make bag shopping simple and trustworthy.

2. Where do you ship?

At the moment, we deliver only within the United States.

3. Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is completely free on all orders across the USA.

4. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery timeline is:

Processing time: 2-4 business days (inspection, packing, and handoff to carrier).

Transit time (after shipment): typically 3–7 business days depending on destination and carrier. 

Estimated total delivery: 5–11 business days from order placement in normal conditions.

You will receive a tracking email once your package ships.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number along with a tracking link.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

7. Are my payment and personal details safe?

Absolutely.

8. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.
To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is covered by Gloriavault

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours if it has not yet shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or changed.

10. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact support@gloriavault.store within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the issue
  • Include your order number and a brief description

We will evaluate your case and may offer:

  • A free replacement
  • A prepaid return label
  • A full refund

11. Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes — we frequently restock popular items.
If something is sold out, you may email us to request availability updates or join restock alerts once enabled.

12. Can I exchange an item?

Yes — we support exchanges.

13. Do your prices include taxes?

Yes — all U.S. state taxes are already included in the displayed prices.
You will not be charged any additional tax at checkout.
